Savings Deposit
To open an account with the Bank, the proposed account holder has to come personally along with the following documents:
INDIVIDUAL Accounts
Copy of Aadhaar.
Two Recent photographs.
Valid and operative PAN CARD. If PAN is not available, Form 60. (subject to certain condition)
If the current address shown in the Aadhaar is different, any one OVD documents for the limited purpose showing the current address such as- Passport, driving license, Voter’s Identity Card issued by election Commission of India, Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government, and letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address.
In the case of OVD does not contain updated address, Utility bill which is not more than two months old (electricity, telephone bill, gas utility bill), Municipal tax bill of property, Pension pay order issued by Govt., letter of allotment of accommodation issued by the employer issued by the Government, public sector undertaking, banks, etc.
Customer should update Aadhaar or OVD with current address within a period of three months.
